After graduate university I had been working Steel making company for 32 years.
My starting job is quality control and next move to research work.
After many experiences in mass production plant, I was ordered new business planning to cut in new material field.
From my market research, new promising business is fiber reinforced plastics. We start development from 1990.

We can develop new concept CFRTP to use long fiber technology for many IT company.
After 15 years passed, it was hard to continue the business for following reason.
1. Carbon fiber cost and stable supply
2. Out sourcing cost and management control

I change my business style form project manager in big company to CEO in small venture company.
During 15 years I have been learning to accept consultant job in plastic material field and reinforce my technology.

I can meet big wave to get chance of recycle carbon fiber (RCF)
technology development.
I have done development and our RCF is easy handling with low cost.

From the result I can return to promising business area to contribute sustainability society.

History

Joined Kobe Steel in 1970.
Retired Kobe Steel in 2002,
The incubation stage of a new business at Fuji Co., Ltd.,
Established Fuji Design Co., Ltd. in 2011.

We have a test and research facility at the headquarters in Ono City, and we have been conducting business mainly as a consultant, but with the completion of mass production technology for recycled carbon fiber, we have established secondary processing mass production facilities for various carbon fiber reinforced composite materials, Aiming to be one of the few start-up businesses in the world despite being compact and capable of consistent mass production from materials to products.

The Ministry of the Environment ask us to demonstrate our facility technology concerning “ CO2 reduction type recycling in FY2018”, which was successfully completed and certified.
On 2019-2020, the company will start commercialization with the assistance of equipment from the Ministry of the Environment.
